The comedy king Papu Pam Pam a merchant of smile is in jail or is
going through his tragedy time, it happens for everybody who stays in
public life. A great tennis player has been provisionally banned from
tennis after revealing drugs test failed. A bollywood hero went to jail
and came back recently after serving his quantum of punishment. Now
Papu Pam Pam is an accused and all the accusation has been made against
him will be decided by court in due course. But the way media trialed
him like he is a convicted man without hearing his side. Now media can
argue, neither he was available nor he gave any of his side statement to
media. Hence he was making him an absconder and it was commonly
believed he is guilty. The police assumed they mayn’t cooperate with
them and Papu and his co can abscond and the IPC section that was put
against him was punishable for 7 yrs so it’s the duty of police to
arrest them with in 48 hrs. Why did police put off notice on his
resident wall then by knowing all the serious IPC section that were put
against him to appear in police station by giving some more time? The
opposition party can draw the angel of political patronage as he was an
active member of ruling party.

• a person is arrested, doesn’t mean he is convicted, when the doubt becomes so strong and the very doubt has to be established as true by proof.

• a person is arrested, when he delays to appear before police either by fear or by manipulating all the rules or there is a chance for absconding by him before the appearance date by police.
