Change – a voice of underprivileged and middle class

One thing is clear: The Founding Fathers never intended a nation where citizens would pay nearly half of everything they earn to the government. [Ron Paul]
Second thing is: I love my country but not my Government. [Jessy Ventura]
These two most interesting quotes speak a lot on the loopholes in Constitutional System. Why? What’s the problem? Where is the loophole? Ohh you will feel succumbed of too many questions. But it’s equally important to raise the voice against it & very important not to be an obliged tolerant.
Lets focus on 3 facts
1- We talk about corruption but we as a nation lack a strong anti corruption morality. Why does our constitution exclude this anti corruption clause? Don’t we need or did our founding fathers forget to add to our constitution? Constitution speaks a lot about basic human rights free to speak, free to express, free to move but “no free to corrupt”. Why?
2- We talk about women empowerment but we lack to protect them. We witnessed the century’s most grave moment in life of Nirvay. The lady who died fighting against the devil, inspired millions to be awakened but what we did. We added a strong anti rape law to our constitution but we lacked the basic right “no free to rape”. Why?
3- We talk about clean political system/leaders but we select the dirty one and our obliging disposition cheers the dirty politics. If you believe the statistics that most of our political leaders are dirtiest one then how can we believe the laws passed by them are the most right one? I’m ashamed that 60+ yrs they looted, cheated, tortured us just to survive like slave in slum. And finally after a long 60+ yrs, not the Govt but the honorable SC passed a verdict that any leader having criminal background can’t be free to contest election or become the part of parliament or assembly but “no free to manage or to be affiliated with any political party” to have an illegal and indirect effects upon people’s choice on right one.
They can’t contest election but they can be boss of the political party to control the system remotely. Why so? Why did people of criminal background privilege to be people’s representative and why do we so silent? Isn’t it quite obvious for a change in constitution to make it more and more worthy and to have its better implication and involvement of people? Our system provides a platform for the MPs / MLAs only do the pre-rule debate, discussion and analysis but no post-rule debate, discussion and analysis in parliament or assembly. If there will be no post analysis on the achievement gained/lost against its implementation of the laws then the repercussion will have very less or even no impact on the processes or people or society associated with. And when the law becomes obsolete then the stupidity starts prevailing.
But remember amendment after a debate merely can’t harness the old rule to be nurtured enough for its well reflection on processes, people or society. If there were post analysis upon the further improvement/impact of anti-rape law or the law on criminal candidates or the NOTA (non of the above) option on EVM or any other then no body would have dared to rape or the convicted politicians would no longer be the remote controller and the utilization of NOTA would be apparently felt upon.
Many times to make people educate don’t work while a strong law do work. If we want to curb corruption then why suspend and why not terminate.
In IT industry you always tend to be abide by the compliance of company policies and rules and if you violet them then there is a job risk. Have you ever heard about suspend ever frequent in IT? No. So tell me who’ll dare to violet the rule when you feel the system is strong enough to grind you. I never intend to say at all the IT industry is always right in its each process but the the mistake happened there is minimal in nature. When the system itself is the bureaucrat driven and controlled by them then how many of them, a clean and honest politician can suspend, up to how long, to have a better delivery in service or the good governance.
Our system is like, some one loves to read the fictional novel and religious holy book but shows no interest to read the constitution. Your constructive ideas too will be appreciated to make the constitution mature enough. Remember ours is the largest democracy and obviously we deserve a better system of governance by our trusted constitution.
